These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Notefree services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Notefree provides Agentic AI for medical purposes across modalities, including Ambient AI that assists with clinical documentation. The Services are intended for licensed healthcare professionals and authorized staff.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• We may suspend access if we detect misuse or security risks.

Notefree provides support tools. Healthcare professionals remain fully responsible for clinical decisions, the accuracy of records, and compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.

• Use the Services only for lawful, authorized medical purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Services.
• Do not upload or process data you are not authorized to handle.

Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are described in your subscription agreement or order form. Taxes may apply where required.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept those practices.

Notefree owns the Services, software, and related intellectual property. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Services during your subscription.

Both parties agree to protect each other’s confidential information and use it only for purposes related to the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notefree is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data.

These Terms apply while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach or security concerns.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts in Oslo, Norway, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
